Policies, processes and artwork requirements
Policies:
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx and a tracking number for the package will be provided via email after the order is shipped.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and will be included in pricing on the final invoice.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cancelled or modified prior to the production start date notificaion will not be subject to any cancellation penalties. The production start time will be sent in an email once the order has been reviewed.
Orders cancelled after the production has begun will be handled on a case by case basis and cannot be guaranteed that a refund can be issued. Requests to cancel within this time frame will be reviewed based on how far the order is in the production process. All shirts that have been created at this time will be charged.
Order Modification Policy
Requests to modify or change an order once the order has been placed will be handled on a case by case basis. We will make every effort to accommodate requests to modify the type, color, sizes, or number of garments, however due to various factors (garment availability, printing process, etc) we will not be able to accommodate all requests. Pricing is subject to change with changes in an order as well.
Requirements:
To properly complete your order, a few items are needed to guarantee satisfaction. First of all, shirt selection will be required. This includes style of shirt, brand preference, color and quantity of sizes. Once this step has been completed, we can then move on to the artwork needs to customize your shirt.
At JJ Promo, we can take any pretty much any type of file format but the preference is the below formats.

We will work with you if it is not one of the desired formats of course, but these formats ensure that the final product is made as smoothly as possible.
If there are colors in your logos, we will need the color specifications in CMYK. This will help to make sure that the colors you want are not misinterpreted.
If possible, files that have each layer is strongly preferred. The file resolution should be as high as possible to decrese fuzziness and to make clean lines on the shirt design.
Please allow us to assist you if you’re not familiar with the screen printing process. We will provide a proof via email. Once this has been sent please carefully review to ensure no changes are required.
